Scholarships

Each year the Arts Council provides scholarships to Nantucket High School graduating seniors who have demonstrated talent and commitment to the performing and cultural arts and who plan to further their education for a career in a chosen arts discipline. To date, 14 scholarships have been awarded to deserving students who are furthering or have furthered their arts educations at universities from coast to coast. This program is made possible thanks to Lucille Hays and a very generous matching grant from the Weezie Foundation and other generous foundations and individuals, including the Charina Foundation.
